POSITIONS OPEN FOR: Regional Sales Managers

Great growth opportunity with our company for an experienced sales/business development professional with knowledge of the IT industry. Our company has developed, and is successfully marketing globally, a variety of computer software and hardware products and services. We offer a very competitive compensation package, including a performance-related bonus program along with generous benefits, including commissions from all sales agents that work under you as the sales manager for your area.

We are seeking Regional Sales Managers in North America to administer our current marketing program or develop and implement a sales and marketing plan in addition to our current operations. As a Sales Manager you will have flexible hours to attend industry conferences and exhibitions and take actions appropriate to identify and develop new business in your area. Responsibilities will include sales team motivation and management, developing and submitting marketing proposals, and negotiating some contracts with companies in your area who will be partners in the marketing of our products. You will be responsible for some recruitment and hiring of sales and sales support staff for your area.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 5 years minimum experience with business sales or business development experience, successfully promoting complex solutions or services. Successful candidates will have proven business and personnel management skills, think strategically, be self-confident and comfortable working with all levels within the company and client organizations. A good knowledge of IT related industry is required, though your duties will primarily be direct marketing and sales management. Travel requirements will be limited, but some local travel will be required.

We are seeking computer techs for outside network troubleshooting and setup of our software products, as well as technical support call center staff. If you have certifications, college, and/or a proven background in Linux/Windows networking then email your resume to jobs2008@wisefirm.com

REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a solid knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux network software setup. We will provide some training if necessary. You must have certifications, or an AS degree in computers, or equivalent proven experience.
